A/D Converter IC Series CS***0 *4 bit ADC analog-to-digital IC (*6pin) The CS***0 is precision, low power dissipation, Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converter with **-bit resolution and up to **-bit ENOB. The CS***0 works from 2.7V to 5.5V power supplies. The CS***0 has 1 analog single channels and 1 differential channels. The analog buffer can be selected to provide very high impedance or direct . The Programmable Gain Amplifier (PGA) provides selectable gains from 1 to **8 with *8 bits ENOB at the gain of **8. The A/D conversion is performed with a second-order Sigma-Delta modulator, and programmable FIR filter that provides a simultaneous *0Hz and *0Hz notch, which effectively improve the interference immunity.
